Now - I am sitting at my computer working - and if I look over the top of my monitor this is what I see.
You are sitting at your computer and if you look up over the top or around the side of your monitor this is probably what you see. – a wall. If you are looking for a place to live on the west side of Los Angeles you may be able to afford this place - or, I should say, you probably cannot afford not to.

Den/Bedroom/Studio. You have a view while watching television. Here I'm watching the NCAA basketball finals.

Front Living Space. Two large picture windows that are eight feet across optimize the fabulous white water ocean, coastline and hillside views

This is a zoom photo of the white water and sand view. The artist studio has the perfect balance of sun to warm you and a breeze to cool your face.

This is a photo of the side yard facing the ocean. It's between the plants behind the palm tree in the back of the photo.
This is the side yard looking back away from the ocean. There is a large shed 5 feet by 8 feet and about 7 feet tall at the rear of the side yard and the rear of the mobile home.
This is a photograph of the deck where I spend a good deal of time either painting or reading. Also when friends come over in the late afternoon to watch the sunset we sit at the counter with drinks and food.

Gas, sewer and water utility services have recently been upgraded in the entire park. And the roads resurfaced
This is for the purpose of the rental agreement for the space rental for the mobile home. You purchase the mobile home from me and sign a rental/lease agreement with the mobile home park management. They do a credit check on your ability to pay space rental fees. (The rental fee should be starting at around $850.00 a month plus utilities for the first year) The mobile home park may convert to resident ownership 'condos'. If it does, at that time [maybe about 5 years from now] the owners of homes will have the option of buying their space lot or continuing to rent.. If you scroll down to the bottom of this blog you will see a letter from attorneys Gilchrist and Rutter answering questions about the conversion to Resident Ownership
This sign is posted in the park. As you may or may not know - the bluffs along Pacific Coast Highway from Santa Monica through Malibu are unstable and prone to slide - This sign is to let you know of their condition. When I purchased the mobile home in 1998 I signed a waiver acknowledging the danger of living in a slide area. You will also be given an information sheet and asked to sign a waiver acknowledging the danger of living in a slide area. If you live a fearful life please do not bother calling about the mobile home. But if you want to live on the edge of the continent – the edge of life in an environment of imagination and creativity then please do call – because this is where you can make that change you have been dreaming about for years.
