This is for the purpose of the rental agreement for the space rental for the mobile home. You purchase the mobile home from me and sign a rental/lease agreement with the mobile home park management. They do a credit check on your ability to pay space rental fees. (The rental fee should be starting at around $850.00 a month plus utilities for the first year) The mobile home park may convert to resident ownership 'condos'. This sign is posted in the park. As you may or may not know - the bluffs along Pacific Coast Highway from Santa Monica through Malibu are unstable and prone to slide - This sign is to let you know of their condition. When I purchased the mobile home in 1998 I signed a waiver acknowledging the danger of living in a slide area. You will also be given an information sheet and asked to sign a waiver acknowledging the danger of living in a slide area. If you live a fearful life please do not bother calling about the mobile home.
